Day 12 was April 30th, 2013 we signed the paperwork at the agency and more officially became his parents. The next day, Day 13, they let us pick Joseph up. We are so happy that Jospeh is healthy enough to come home. We were thinking he would be in there at least a month. All the traveling everyday to see him hasn't felt like enough so we are thrilled to take him home to be with us for always.
